The Service is offered on a subscription basis with plans described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on your selected plan.
We may change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Price increases apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
The Free plan includes a limited monthly credit allowance and does not require a payment method. Paid plans do not include a free trial; a paid plan starts when its first payment is completed.
You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable telephony, telemarketing, and privacy laws, including but not limited to:
Aalteo provides tools to help with compliance (consent recording, DND scrubbing, AI disclosure prompts), but the ultimate responsibility for legal compliance rests with you.
The Service, including its software, design, features, AI models, voice configurations, templates, documentation, and branding, is owned by Aalteo and protected by intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data, lead lists, call scripts, configurations, and content you upload to or create within the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Customer Data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Call transcripts, lead scores, summaries, and other AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your use. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our models and platform performance. We do not use your Customer Data to train models for other customers.
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. For customers processing personal data subject to GDPR, our Data Processing Addendum is available upon request.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aalteo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Aalteo’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aalteo in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies even if Aalteo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aalteo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your infringement of third-party rights, or (d) your violation of applicable telephony or privacy laws.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Customers of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Twilio, Stripe, OpenAI, Cartesia, Google, HubSpot). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Bengaluru, India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property or confidentiality violations.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to a U.S. or Indian government embargo or if you appear on a restricted parties list.
